Recreate stored certificate

Dashboard -> Site Administrator -> Recreate stored certificates

 

Certificates re-create enable you to re-create the certificate for company. If the certificate is cached. Make sure to pick the company name

Language

Dashboard -> Site Administrator -> Language -> Language settings

In the Default language, you can change the default language of the system. This will also affect the login page language and affect all the companies.

 

Browse list of users                                                                              

Dashboard -> Site Administrator -> Users -> Accounts -> Browse list of users

Bulk user actions

Dashboard -> Site Administrator -> Users -> Accounts -> Bulk user actions

 

On bulk action you do the below actions to all the users. You can filter the users and do an action for the filtered users.



 

Manage modules and categories

Dashboard -> Site Administrator -> Modules -> Manage modules and categories

 

Here you can see all the module categories, once create a company automatically Moodle creates categories.

On this page, you can delete and manage the modules.

 

Manage authentication

Dashboard -> Site Administrator -> Plugins -> Authentication-> Manage authentication

 

Enable the authentication functions by click on the eye icon

 




Infoshield signup

Dashboard -> Site Administrator -> Plugins -> Local plugins -> Infoshield signup

 

Select authentication types: you should enable any checkbox if you use the auth, for example, if you use azure ad. Then you should check the iomadoidc. Or if you use LDAP you should checkbox the LDAP, if any checkbox is not appear then you need to enable it in manage authentication.

 

For on-premise clients select the right company in the Default company users are assigned


  

 

Scheduled tasks

Dashboard -> Site Administrator -> Server -> Tasks -> Scheduled tasks

 

All the tasks that Cron-job run it.

in this page you can see all the tasks and change the next run.

 

Task logs

Dashboard -> Site Administrator -> Server -> Tasks -> tasks logs

 

This page you can see the logs of the tasks. Press the download icon

 


Below is an error which user have duplicate information, username must match the email.

......... Syncing user wasadmin@spga.gov.sa

......... User doesn't exist in Moodle

......... Could not create user "wasadmin@SPGA.GOV.SA" Reason: user with same username, but different email already exists.

Debugging

Dashboard -> Site Administrator -> Development -> Debugging

Hide the error from the users. Always select NONE.

 

 

 



SMTP

Dashboard -> Site Administrator -> Server -> Email -> Outgoing mail configuration

 

On this page, you can configure the SMTP server:
