Reports Guide


Introduction

InfoShield provides a comprehensive set of reports that would help in making decisions regarding the needed level of cybersecurity awareness in your company. The reports are accessible only by the company manager. 

Currently, the available reports are:


  1. Completion report by module.
  2. Completion report by month.
  3. Outgoing email report.
  4. License Allocation Report.
  5. Failed & Successful attempt report.
  6. User license allocation report.
  7. User login report.
  8. User report.

Access reports:


 

  1. Access the dashboard.
  2. Select the Reports tab.
  3. Choose the desired report.

Completion report by module



This is a comprehensive report in terms of the module completion. It can be filtered by the following: 

  1. Department.
  2. Include or exclude suspended users.
  3. Show percentage.
  4. Remove expired modules.
  5. Search for a module by name. 
  6. Specify a date range. 
  7. Click Filter results to apply changes.


The report may be downloaded in different formats.



 


In the actual report, with each module there will be the number of licenses allocated, separated by whether they are active or inactive using a chart. With a module summary that shows the number of completed, in progress, and not started licenses. 



Completion report by month



This report shows the number of modules completed each month through a bar chart. The report can be filtered by the following: 

  1. Choose a specific department.
  2. Choose a module.
  3. Specify a start date.
  4. Specify an end date.
  5. Click Filter results to apply the filters you have specified.

For example, in the picture below, a bar chart is demonstrating the number of completed reports for 2021.



Outgoing email report



This report shows all sent emails along with template name, user information, date created, and date sent.

The report may be filtered using the following: 

  1. Department.
  2. Template type.
  3. Option to resend all emails.
  4. User search, this could be via first name, last name, email, specify allocation period
  5. Click Filter results to apply filters.



For example, the image below shows email template nameemail subjectmodule that email relates to, date createddate duedate sent, and controls that allow to resend the email.




License Allocation Report



This report shows the number of licenses previously allocated, currently allocated, unallocated, total, and net number of allocations through a bar chart. The report can be filtered by the following: 

  1. Choose a specific department.
  2. Choose a license.
  3. Specify a start date.
  4. Specify an end date.
  5. Click Filter results to apply the filters you have specified.



As shown in the figure above, the report distinguishes the license allocations and their availability in numbers. 

  1. Previously allocated are the licenses that were allocated and are expired. 
  2. The number of allocations represents the active license number.
  3. Number of unallocations are the licenses that were allocated and then unallocated.
  4. The last one shows the total number of license allocations. 


User License Allocations Report




This report shows First name, Surname, Department, Email address, License identifier, Module, License allocated, Date allocated, Date unallocated, number of allocations, and number of unallocations. The report can be filtered by the following: 


  1. Department.
  2. Select a license.
  3. Select a module.
  4. User search: this could be via first name, last name, email, Arabic first name, Arabic last name.


For example, this photo below shows detailed information about the users license.




User Login Report

This report shows the company users login information; it can be filtered using department or by entering any of the user search fields, such as:

  • First name.
  • Last name.
  • Email.
  • Include/exclude suspended users.
  • Specify a start and end date for the search.




This report shows the user information (first name, surname, department, email, date of user creation, first access, last access, and total number of logins).





User Report

This report shows the company users login information along with a single report for each user. It can be filtered using department or by entering any of the user search fields, such as:

  • First name.
  • Last name.
  • Email.
  • Include/exclude suspended users.








You can access each user's report by clicking on their first name or surname. You will be directed to a report for the user you chose; it shows all assigned modules to that user along with module status, license allocated name, date of allocation, if completed, date of completion, and grade.

  1. In Change module enrolments, the manager would be able to change enrolments and cancel them.
  2. Change module licenses enables the user to allocate/unallocate licenses.
  3. Exclude expired module results.
  4. Download the report.
  5. View certificate.
