Dashboard

As a company manager, you will be able to manage the theme colours, logo, email content, users, modules, licenses, and view reports via the dashboard.

Edit Company

In the editing company, you can change the name of the company, and in the appearance section, you can change the logo, the theme colors, add CSS styling, add a certificate design, and more.

Manage Departments

Here you can create, edit, and delete departments and sub-departments.

Assign Department Users/Managers

Here you can change user's departments and roles.

The roles are user, company manager, and department manager.

Configure Policy

Here you can see all the configurations and agreements

Company logs

Here you can track logs for each user in the company.

The events will be displayed after clicking on "Get these logs.”

Email Template

As a company manager, you can view all the email messages that the system sends to users, which are automatically sent when the administrator interacts with the platform, such as "creating users and adding modules for them." You can also turn these messages on and off, as well as edit their content in both Arabic and English. The system will send the email in the user's preferred language as indicated on their personal page.

You can edit the content of the email (subject and body) and then save the changes.
