New WhatsApp Module
Now Available on LinQ2 🚀
Introduction
The WhatsApp Module has been integrated into our enterprise communication platform, LinQ2, enabling seamless interaction with leading WhatsApp providers such as Meta, Twilio, Taqnyat, and others. This module enhances business communication with streamlined messaging capabilities.
Key Features of the WhatsApp Module
- Send Messages via LinQ2 Portal
- Send WhatsApp messages directly to specific recipients, predefined contacts, or groups.
- Send Messages via API
- Use REST or SOAP APIs to send messages from external systems or applications.
- Alternatively, leverage XML files, Message Queues, or Databases using the LinQ2 Default Schema.
- Chatbot Integration
- Automate customer interactions with a chatbot for FAQs, support, and product inquiries, improving response time and customer satisfaction.
Prerequisites
- The WhatsApp Module must be enabled in the P-Series.
- A WhatsApp Provider must be defined and configured in LinQ2 P-Series
Enabling WhatsApp in LinQ2
To activate WhatsApp functionality:
- Go to System Configuration in the LinQ2 Portal.
- Locate WhatsAppEnable and set:
- 1 to enable WhatsApp.
- 0 to disable WhatsApp.

Sending Messages from LinQ2 Portal
- Compose a Message
- Select WhatsApp from the available communication channels.
- Choose Recipients
- Enter a recipient manually or select from contacts/groups.
- Use search and filtering options for quick selection.
3. Enter Message Content
- Ensure compliance with WhatsApp’s policies to prevent delivery issues.
4. Send the Message
- Click Send
to dispatch the message immediately.
5. Schedule a Message (Optional)
- Set Schedule to "Yes" and specify the delivery time
Sending Messages via API
- Use REST or SOAP APIs for message transmission.
- Alternatively, send messages using LinQ2-supported channels like XML files, Message Queues, or Databases
Chatbot Integration
Enhance automation with a chatbot to handle FAQs, support, and product-related queries.
Steps to Integrate a Chatbot:
- Create a Chat Flow in Tiledisk
- Design the conversation structure and export it as a JSON file
2. Store Conversation Data in the Database
- Process the JSON file via the LinQ2 API.
- Include:
- Customer ID to link conversations.
- OrgCode to associate the conversation with an organization.
3. Enable Dynamic Conversations
- When users respond, the chatbot retrieves stored context and continues the interaction.
Monitoring Message Status
- Track WhatsApp message statistics in LinQ2 Status Monitoring.
- View statuses such as Pending, Sent, or Rejected.
