User Guide

System Overview

This platform is an e-learning system designed to raise employee awareness of cybersecurity risks and promote best security practices.

Each training course provides interactive and engaging content. Most courses include a short quiz to evaluate the user’s understanding.

All training materials are available in both Arabic and English. Upon completing a course, users receive a certificate.

Dashboard

The dashboard is the main page of the platform. It provides a quick overview of the user’s activity and progress.

Users can view:

A welcome message with their name
Their current level (such as Bronze), based on progress
The number of completed training materials
Total points earned
Activity statistics over a selected period
Their ranking on the leaderboard

The dashboard also shows assigned awareness campaigns.

If no campaigns are assigned, a message will indicate that there is no data available.

If campaigns are assigned, they will appear with the campaign name and a "Start Now" button.

Win & Earn Points

The dashboard also includes a "Win & Earn Points" section, which displays available cybersecurity games that users can participate in to earn additional points.

Each game card displays:

The game name
A brief description
The number of points that can be earned
A "Start Now" button

Users can click "Start Now" to launch a game and begin participating.

Points earned from games contribute to the user’s overall score and may improve their position on the leaderboard.

To view all available games, users can click the "View All" button.

Awareness Campaigns

This section displays all active awareness campaigns assigned to the user.

Each campaign includes:

Campaign name
Start date
Progress percentage

Users can use the search bar to quickly find a specific campaign.

To start a campaign, click on it to access the training content.

Only campaigns assigned to the user will be visible.

Training

This section displays all assigned training materials.

My Modules

Each training item includes:

Course title
Status (such as Not Started or In Progress)
A short description
Availability date

Users can search for specific training materials using the search bar.

To access a course, click "View" to open and complete the training.

Grades

This section displays the results and grades achieved by the user after completing awareness campaigns and their associated assessments.

Users can view the following information:

Awareness campaign name
Completion date
Grade achieved
Completion status

Users can use the search bar to find a specific campaign result.

This section allows users to track their performance and review the grades they have received for completed awareness campaigns.

Certificates

This section displays the certificates earned by the user after successfully completing awareness campaigns and passing any required assessments.

Users can view the following information:

Awareness campaign name
Certificate issuance date
Certificate preview
View option
Download option

Users can click the "View" button to open and preview the certificate within the platform.

Users can also click the "Download" button to save the certificate as a PDF file for future reference or sharing.

Certificates are automatically generated after successfully completing the campaign requirements and achieving the required passing score.

Bookmarks

The Bookmarks section allows users to save training materials for quick access.

To add a training material to Bookmarks, open the training page and click the Bookmark icon.

All bookmarked training materials are displayed in this section, allowing users to quickly access important or unfinished content.

Games

The Games section displays all cybersecurity games available to the user.

Users can participate in these games to earn points that contribute to their overall score and leaderboard ranking.

Each game card displays:

Game name
Brief description
Available points
"Start Now" button

To begin a game, users can click the "Start Now" button.

Leaderboard

This section shows the ranking of users within the organization based on their performance and engagement.

Each entry includes:

Name
Department
Level
Total points

The leaderboard highlights top performers and encourages users to stay engaged and improve their ranking.

Starting and Completing Training

When the user clicks "Start Now" or "View", the training page will open.

The training process includes the following steps:

Overview
A brief introduction to the course, including its purpose, duration, and key details.

Training Content (Video)
Users watch the training material, which is typically presented as a video.

Quiz (if available)
Some awareness campaigns may include a quiz after the user completes all assigned training materials within the campaign. Once all courses are completed, the user can start the quiz by clicking "Start Quiz".

The quiz consists of multiple questions. Users must select the correct answers and submit their answers once finished.

Quiz Result

After completing the quiz, the result is displayed immediately.

If the user passes, the campaign is marked as completed and points may be awarded.

Users may also:

Review their answers
Download the certificate (if available)

Obtaining Your Certificate

This section displays all certificates earned by the user after completing courses and passing quizzes.

Each certificate includes:

Course name
Completion date
View option
Download option

Users can click "View" to preview the certificate or "Download" to save it as a PDF.

Certificates are automatically generated after successfully completing all course requirements. They include the user’s name, course name, completion date, and final score.
