Manage Existing Groups

You may need to edit or delete a group of targets. 

  1. Login using your username and the associated password.
  2. From the side menu, select Groups.
  3. You will see a list of all the existing groups.
  4. Select one of the options discussed in this article to manage your groups.


In this article, you will find the two options available for managing a group of targets

  • Edit a group.
  • Delete a group.
  • Export group.
  • Refresh group.



Edit Group

To edit the name of the group:

  1. Click the Edit button [2].
  2. Edit the name of the group in the text filed, remember to keep the group name unique. 
  3. Click Update group.
  4. You will notice a successful edition message

To Edit the targets added in the group* (Add and Update):
If you have your updated bulk targets as a file that follows the CSV template:
  1. Click the Edit button [2].
  2. Click Bulk Import Users
  3. Locate your updated bulk targets file in the file browser and click it.
  4. The targets will be updated in the table of targets within the Edit Group window

If you have your updated targets in the LDAP :
  1. Click the Edit button [2].
  2. Click LDAP
  3. Enter Base DN.** 
  4. The targets will be loaded into the table within "Edit Group" window.
If you want to Add A Target Manually to the group:
  1. Click the Edit button [2].
  2. Enter the target information: Email, First Name, Last Name, Position, and Phone Number.
  3. Click Add button, the target will be added to the table.


If you want to Delete A Target Manually from the group:
  1. Click the Edit button [2].
  2. In the edit group window, you can view all the targets.
  3. Click the Delete icon next to the target you want to delete.



* We identify a target based on his email. If you added a new target that has an email of an already added target, it will update that target information. No two target will have the same email.


** Integration must be in the main settings before clicking "Enter Base DN" for automatic pull of all the emails in the active directory.



Export Group

You can export all groups data:
  1. Click on the export group.
  2. CSV file will be downloaded that contains the data.




Delete Group

  1. Click on the Delete button. 
  2. Confirm the operation.
