Licenses

In this section, you will have the authority to insert awareness materials for users and set their expiration dates, as well as the ability to withdraw them from users in case they have not completed them yet. You can also preview the used and remaining licenses.

To access this feature, go to the "Licenses" section and then "Enroll Module." The page below will appear, and all you need to do is select the "Awareness Module" that you want to include for users and then add it to a specific user by clicking on "Allocate License" or to all users by clicking on "Allocate All Licenses." Similarly, you can withdraw the material in the same way if the user has not completed it.
