Add New Group

Add New Group

Having a group of targets created is one of the essential steps prior launching your campaign. 
  1. Login using your username and the associated password.
  2. From the side menu, select Groups.
  3. Click New Group button [1].
  4. Enter a unique group name "e.g. Finance Department".
  5. Select the one of the options discussed in this article to add your targets.

In this article, you will find four different options to create a group of targets [2]

  • Bulk Importing targets 
  • Azure AD 
  • Manually adding targets
  • Infoshield

We recommend using Bulk Importing and the Azure AD if you have a large number of targets. Select the options that is suitable to you.

Note that you must add at least one target in the group.


1. Bulk Importing Targets
  1. Click on Manual/ CSV and Download the CSV template, it shows an example for the expected shape of bulk targets.
  2. Structure your bulk of targets as in the downloaded csv template. 
  3. Save your file as .CSV 
  4. In PhishGuard "New Group" window, click Bulk Import Users.
  5. Locate your .CSV file and import it.
  6. The targets will be loaded into the table within "New Group" window, Click Save Changes.

        Your group of targets is ready to be targeted in a campaign!



2. Using Azure AD

  1. Select Azure AD button 
  2. Enter Base DN.*
  3. The targets will be loaded into the table within "New Group" window.
  4. Click Save Changes.


        Your group of targets is ready to be targeted in a campaign!


* Integration must be in the main settings before clicking "Enter Base DN" for automatic pull of all the emails in the active directory.


3. Manually Adding Targets

    We offer the manual option if you decide to add your targets manually one by one. 

    In the New Group form:

  1. Enter the target information: Email, First Name, Last Name, Position, and Phone Number.
  2. Click Add button, the target will be added to the table.
  3. After adding all your targets to the table, click Save Changes.


4. Infoshield

- Select Infoshield then select which department you want to import its users
- Then save changes.


    You're good to go!
